The gentle, dynamic movements in this weekly Feldenkrais class will help you to move and breathe more comfortably both during your Yoga practice and in your daily life.

You might supplement Yoga with Feldenkrais as a way to:

     – practice listening to your body
     – deepen your understanding of anatomical relationships
     – sense small rotations + counterrotations involved in different poses
     – increase flexibility + coordination 
     – reduce pain + avoid injury
